Internal server error while opening trends/histogram/map cgi's

Is /usr/local/lib listed in /etc/ld.so.conf or in /etc/ld.so.conf.d/*?  
If not, the system doesn't know it needs to search there. You need to  
add it and run 'ldconfig -v' and make sure you see it listed.
