Disable email notifications, keep all sound options

Thanks Marc, missed that little tidbit.

This looks like it'll work to eliminate inheritance:

Leave "contact_groups admins" in host template.

Create a contact w/email of /dev/null:

define contact{
        use                             generic-contact
        contact_name                    null
        alias                           null
        service_notification_period     24x7
        host_notification_period        24x7
        service_notification_options    c,r
        host_notification_options       d,r
        email                           /dev/null
}

Add "contact_groups null" to generic service template.

Warnings of hosts w/out default contacts or contactgroups defined
eliminated. Warning of services w/null as contact logged as "no default
contacts or contactgroups defined!".

Perhaps there's a better way...
