Finally, I found that problem...
So, I've added two arguments ARG1, ARG2 in define_command and the following in check_command check_dig!www.google.com!"+tcp"


The result:

DNS OK - 0.009 seconds response time (www.google.com.  74305 IN CNAME www.l.google.com.)|time=0.008783s;;;0.000000
