check_ssh and check_smtp

What does the object file (template) versions of these commands look  
like? Nagios hasn't used this command format since the pre-1.0/ 
Netsaint days. I would hazard a guess that the $HOSTADDRESS$ macro  
there is somehow spelled incorrectly.
