SMS notification problem . HW trouble ?

This is most definitely a problem with the hardware, your wireless 
provider, or smstools (are you using SMSTools3 or the original SMSTools)?

 From http://www.developershome.com/sms/resultCodes2.asp:

303 = The operation to be done by the AT command is not supported.
314 = The SIM card is busy.
321 = The memory/message storage index assigned to the AT command is 
invalid.
500 = An unknown error occurred.
