If it'll be relaying all mail to Exchange, then you'll need to configure
Exchange to do it.  If Sendmail were relaying out directly you could use
a mailertable entry to direct mail to certain addresses through
alternate relays and then route to those relays over your secondary
connection, but I don't know how you'd do that with Exchange.
