Bandwidth Utilisation by Nagios Clients to Nagios Server

Hi Team
 
I am a new user to this group. We are planning to implement Nagios in different geographies, as part of which I need
 
*** Approximate bandwidth usage by the Nagios clients to the Nagios server ( If the Nagios server is in Malaysia, and the clients are available in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam ). This is required for calculating the available bandwidth. Any help will be highly appreciated
