Hi Marc,
   
    That's the problem !! CGI authorizations don't work with Nagios Looking Glass !! It's the major problem of this (very good) soft for Nagios !!
   
    I try to find a solution, the NLG team develop a new version , but I need these features now !
   
    I saw that many persons have the same problem, but no one said if they found a solution !

This is standard nagios behavior if you Configure Authorization for 
the CGI's. Users can only see devices that they are contacts for.
