how to specify a source port?

Damn, at the end i can't use masquerading because i can't masquerade all
the traffic for that host (very tricky network...).

I had to wrote a perl script, that i'm going to attach. It's not the
best script ever, but i had to be fast :)
It uses hping3 and run perfectly under linux.
Feel free to use it.

In the file, host target is Google :)

I hope this will helps someone.
