Thanks a lot for your information about WMI.

I have finally managed to work with SNMP for both Dell and HP servers running under Linux or Windows. The result is great and SNMP is so easy to maintain !

I have just uploaded the Compaq MIBS on my Nagios server. No need of that kind for Dell servers.
