Nagios Sound Alerts configuration

As I recall, it was determined that the problem is that the CGI is
sending the audio files with the wrong MIME type, and that fixing it
requires patching that code; it's in the archives from a couple months
back.

I too would like to see it fixed; I may go grovel in my Copious Free
Time.
