We've said several times this won't work in your event handler script.
Did you change it?

Does your event handler get executed? Add debugging to echo text to a
file to verify. Make sure you're getting the values you expect you're
getting. Make sure you're capturing errors from your call to bconsole
and logging those.

Does this match the command{} definition for the event handler?
