Notification - escalation question

Hello Patrick,

Aha, I start to understand it. So the notification interval a
 bit higher to 60, and the escalation on 2.

But what will happen then after the escalation, 
then after an hour (suppose the outage is still there) will
 the helpdesk be notified again?
