Nagios External Commands

Commands can be ignored due to an invalid format.  The format is
===
[epoch time] command;arg1;arg2;arg3
===
[1207211861] ENABLE_HOST_NOTIFICATIONS;hostname
===

Commands can also be ignored if the args don't match what nagios knows  
about, i.e. invalid/non-existant hostname in this case
