Gentoo install of nagios 2.8, statusmap.c not compiling, no statusmap.cgi

This seems to be similiar a (if not the same) issue as described in
Gentoo Bug #157832, which I've fixed yesterday in
=net-analyzer/nagios-core-2.9. Older nagios-core Ebuilds checked for GD
being compiled with jpeg support, but didn't check for png, too.
