What do you not like about Nagios' notification/escalation system?

The ability to set a page/email threshold would be nice. Currently, I have 
test systems and production systems supported by the same contact. In 
order to email for one and page for the other, I have to define two 
separate contacts -- one with "notify by email" and the other with "notify 
by epager".
