If you need more help, show us the specific error messages you are
seeing. Show your specific config options in nagios.cfg and cgi.cfg
related to external command configuration. Show an 'ls -al' of
~nagios/var/rw. Show your /etc/group configuration for nagios and your
web server. Show which group your web server is actually running as (ps
-eo "%p %U %G %a").
