what is the -t in the nagios cfg check_nt command ?

Hi.. I got the following check_nt command, may I know what is the -t 50 ???   

Check_command                   "/usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_nt -H 10.100.5.112 -p 1248 -v
COUNTER -l "\\PhysicalDisk(_Total)\\Avg. Disk Write Queue Length","Disk Time:" -w 80 -c 90 -t 50"

Besides, what is the normal warning and critical value for Disk Write Queue Length , Disk time ?
what is the unit here?
