Migrating Nagios 1.x to 2.x

I've got a production 1.x Nagios server monitoring 90 services or all
different types. I have noticed that Nagios 2.x has just come into the
stable branch of my linux server distro so I am going to upgrade
tonight.

I don't have a test environment for this at work so I really need to
get this right first time... (don't tell me, this is the least of the
problems this company has...)

I am beginning with Macros definitions and have noticed that the docs
seem to not address this directly. I have 3800 lines of stuff in
/etc/nagios, surely they don't expect me to go through it one by one
and see if the macro still exists?

Is there a page or sheet somewhere with just the list of macros that
have changed and what they have changed to. This seems pretty common
sense so I'm hoping this is the case?
