Nagios 2.x + FreeBSD 5.x

Hello,

We currently have a fairly large intallation of Nagios 1.x and I am considering upgrading to the 2.x branch, but a while back there was a rather large warning posted indicating that there were some serious problems with FreeBSD 5.x threading and Nagios 2.x, but now I cannot find a mention of it anywhere.

I am a bit nervous about this, and would appreciate if someone could let me know if this is still a problem, or if this ever really was a problem or if It was all a terrible nightmare and I should go back on my meds... *grin*
