traceroute.cgi

Hi Guys,

I dont code html, nor C so i am a bit  confused on how setting the 
traceroute.cgi inside the side.cgi page i did put the following :

     <td nowrap><a href="/nagios/cgi-bin/traceroute.cgi?host="

     <br>
     or a ping</br></a>
</td>
but it is not working.
