Notification/escalation configuration question

Hi!

I'd like to:

1) notify by e-mail during business hours; e-mail and pager
    outside of business hours.
2) Escalate to pagers during business hours, or to an emergency
    pager outside of these hours.
3) Further escalate to all pagers.

Is this possible?  Does someone have some example config for this?
