Nagiosgraph problem

I get rrd files generated setting this command with perl path

     define command{
       command_name     process-service-perfdata
       command_line     /usr/bin/perl
/usr/share/nagios/nagiosgraph/insert.pl
     }


now I get the bluescreen from showcgi but with empty images.
