The terminal sessions are available as performance counters, both RDP and
Metaframe sessions. Access those via nc_net/nsclient or wasn't there some
component that makes counters available through snmp... I don't remember.

Metaframe also has some own counters but I haven't found any real good use
for those yet.

You could also configure Metaframe to send your nagios snmptraps when there's
certain amount of sessions on a server (via Resource manager or through
Metaframe server's properties / SNMP settings).
