For TSE, more precisely, the WQL query is something like:
SELECT  ActiveSessions FROM 
Win32_Perf[Raw/Formatted]Data_TermService_TerminalServices

Citrix is, AFAIK, based on TSE so that counter might also work for 
Citrix sessions.
