Service detail page refresh, stale checks

So what did you disable in firefox? I have seen it update every N seconds
in accordance to your setting in the nagios config file. (default: 90
seconds)

Call the URL directly. Right click on the menu item and you know the URL.

I do not think this would involve rocket science.
