Timezone user by web pages

Hi all,

Is there any way to change the timezone the web pages use?


According to mi OS:

$ date
Fri Jan 27 13:13:39 GMT+3 2006

And according to Nagios:

Last Updated: Fri Jan 27 16:13:31 GMT 2006


I did my homework, but couldn't find any reference.
