Hi,

Did you take a look the net-snmp agent?
df - implemented in the agent
ps - implemented in nearly every agent
loadavg - implemented in the snmp

Arbitrary command: proc or exec statement of the config file.

net-snmp is also extendable via perl scripts, so you also can execute 
arbitrary commands directly through the agent.
