log checking plugins?

Hey John :)

Nice work, but you may want to call it "check_log4", since I've already  
written check_log2 and checklog3.

v2 = with state retention (kind of like yours, but it resets upon any  
new entry)
v3 = with state retention and the ability to look for two strings. one  
WARN and one CRIT.
