So? There could be plenty of reasons why it was not setup correctly but
you got away with it untill now. Been there, seen that and got a host of
scary stories to tell about them. Some of them showing that something was
broken by design yet worked for years untill one wednesday morning it
decided to do as it was setup not as it was ecpected. (Over 40 cases of
incorrect heartbeat settings on AUI transceivers.)

But in your case look at the error and start fixing it by adding the
proper perl module.
