cannot execute binary file

Hello,
                Finally, I knew how to download the Unix Plugins. Many 
thanks for the helps.
                Now, when I try   ./check_dns -h   I have this message
bash:  ./check_dns: cannot execute binary file.

I saw the capabilities   user and group, it's ok.   Perhaps must I use gcc 
? If yes, do you know the command syntax ? I don't know what to do.
