Host/service comment with acknowledgements

Not within nagios unfortunately. Like you, we use ticket numbers for
comments. We use a simple script that walks through comment.log and
removes any comments for tickets that are closed in our system by
sending the DEL_SVC_COMMENT to nagios via the external command pipe.
