Want to monitor Oracle , without running scripts on the Oracle Server

Hi 
    I am trying to  monitor oracle server for the
following 
		Table space
		No of database logs
		Availability of  tnslsnr
             I wanted to avoid any script  running on
the remote oracle machine 
 Can I do it in Nagios , Guidance requested
