notify-by-email $OUTPUT$ problem

Of course as soon as I post the request for help, I find the solution.
  So for those that had the same problem, the variable $OUTPUT$
 is apparently not supported in Nagios v2.0.



The correct one to use with 2.0 is $SERVICEOUTPUT$.
