It could be that net-snmp is using snmp 3 by default, and the other 
uses 2. I believe win2k SNMP is snmp 2.

Be careful with interface numbers on win2k... I've (rarely) seen them
change between reboots, and I think they a gaurenteed to change if you
swap NICs.
