Change notification header in the Subject line

Hi all,

 I would like to make the subject line in the notification more cell/text 
messaging friendly. I would like to have this format or as close as possible
<servername at domain.name.com>, <host_name>, <service description>, <event time>
(when the DOWN info is logged appropriately).
