That's because you have services defined more than once.

You probably configured nagios not to use a file hosts.cfg and nagios 
can't find the plugins. You will have to re-read the configuration files 
you set up, and if that doesn't help try posting some relevant parts of 
them here.

Authentication reqires the right setup of the web server.
