Snmpwalk and Snmpget

You install the necessary programs :-)

How you do that depends on your distribution, usually you will have 
tools to search for installable packages or even programs. See your 
distributions manual.

Apart from that, you could compile from source. I tell you that the 
toolset is called Net-SNMP and you use google...
