a few problems

Whoops!
Error: Could not open CGI config file '/usr/local/nagios/etc/cgi.cfg' for
reading!


I get that when I click any link in my nagios web interface.

I'm not sure what I've done wrong. How do I correct this? I copied the
sample cgi.cfg file to /home/nagios/cgi-bin but still no good
