Trying to make the default 90 second webpage refresh to 30 seconds

in cgi.cfg.

I'm just trying to find out how I might be able to change the default
refresh of the nagios 

web pages from 90 seconds to 30 seconds. Is this even possible? or is it
something that 

is built into the cgi's somewhere? Thanks for any help!
