monitoring services

Hi,,

I would like to monitor DHCP server. I think that is possibles because I've
already found in "/usr/local/nagios/libexec" directory the check_dhcp
command. So, I would like to know if there is some kind of especial syntax
that must be given to the command. When I've tried that, I've received the
following error message:

Error: Service check command 'check_dhcp' specified in service 'DHCP' for
host 'exc' not defined anywhere!

 

Can someone help me about it?
