Change host IP Address

Hi Andrew				



Turns out it wasn't that there was two instances running - but the
 one I was running was not really shutting down when called to by
 the start/stop script - thus my changes looked like they were taking
 effect on the web page as the configs were re-read by apache when
 it was restarted but the IP addresses themselves were not really
 updated for notification purposes.
