External Commands via CGI interface

Sure

- Check the path, then recheck, then again :-)
- Make sure the user who sends the commands is allowed to write to the 
command file:
drwxrwsr-x  2 nagios nagiocmd   .
drwxrwxr-x  4 nagios nagios     ..
prw-rw----  1 nagios nagiocmd   nagios.cmd
...and in group nagiocmd you have the users who, for example, run the 
web server or have to submit commands. That's the important point, I'd say.
