R: Upgrading

Hi all.
I am installing nagios-2.0b3 over nagios 1.2.
In the original installation I had one file contained all contacts, contact
groups, hosts, host groups and services ... HOW can I convert old sintax
with newone?
Is there a documentation about new sintax ?
In the bigger.cfg-sample and minimal.cfg-sample files I see some new
"variables", but I need to know which are new rules.

Regards
M.Borsani

PS: the conversion tools are not available on http://oss.op5.se/nagios
