nagios-2.0b3 and nagios-plugins-1.4

I'm (and presumably hundreds of others are) using nagios-plugins-1.4
with nagios-2.0b3. They work perfectly Ok, apart from ping, which
apparently should be replaced by icmp (personally I'm using fping, and
that works Ok, too).

nrpe works fine with all of them, too.
