It appears as though you do not have permission to view information for any of the hosts you requested...

If you are running SELinux you will run into these problems. I couldn't
find anything any where about the documentation to get Nagios working
with SELinux on.

Do you have SELinux on?

And the relevant directives in my httpd.conf:

AccessFileName .htaccess

ScriptAlias /nagios/cgi-bin /usr/local/nagios/sbin
<Directory "/usr/local/nagios/sbin">
    AllowOverride AuthConfig
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
    Options ExecCGI
</Directory>

Alias /nagios /usr/local/nagios/share
<Directory "/usr/local/nagios/share">
    AllowOverride AuthConfig
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
    Options None
</Directory>

Just stuff to double-check...

-Jim

Here it is:

AuthName "Nagios Access"
AuthType Basic
AuthUserFile /etc/nagios/htpasswd.users
require valid-user

Thanks,
Cameron Matheson

P.S. the file's perms are 664
