check_procs

Usage: check_procs -w <range> -c <range> [-m metric] [-s state] [-p ppid]
  [-u user] [-r rss] [-z vsz] [-P %cpu] [-a argument-array]
  [-C command] [-v]
       check_procs (-h | --help) for detailed help
       check_procs (-V | --version) for version information

I also remember a contrib plugin called check_procr.
