Problem on installation of Nagios on BSD!

Dear all,

I have a 4.10 BSD box and I am trying to install Nagios on it. The problem
is:
1- The "make" phase is good. 
2- When I want to "make install" I've received this message
"p5-NET-SNMP-5.0.1_1 requires perl 5.6.xor later."

I have installed the perl 5 and everything was fine during installation.
Tried again to install nagios but the same error message appeared. I
deinstalled perl 5 and installed perl 5.8 but the problem still is there.

Can anybody help?
