file perfdata issues.

I seem to be having issues getting file perfdata compiled into NAGIOS.

I am running 2.0b1, compiled as so:

./configure  --enable-embedded-perl --with-perlcache
--with-file-perfdata --with-command-group=nagcmd

I then added the following to nagios.cfg:

xpdfile_host_perfdata_file=/usr/local/nagios/var/hostperf.log
xpdfile_host_perfdata_template=$TIMET$\t$HOSTNAME$\t$HOSTOUTPUT$\t$HOSTP
ERFDATA$
xpdfile_service_perfdata_file=/usr/local/nagios/var/serviceperf.log
xpdfile_service_perfdata_template=$TIMET$\t$HOSTNAME$\t$SERVICEDESC$\t$S
ERVICEOU
TPUT$\t$SERVICESTATE$\t$SERVICEPERFDATA$

All other existing host_perfdata lines were commented.

Starting NAGIOS then will not create any perf logs.

If I stop NAGIOS and put back in the "default" perfdata settings, the
files are created. (as if I had compiled --with-default-perfdata)

What am I missing?
