@sysconfdir@/cgi.cfg - Installation setup problem

Hi Subhendu!
 I did my own compile. I am running it in solaris 2.6 machine with
gcc/make.
 I just followed the instruction in the documentation and all went well.
Should i redo it from ./configure? thanks!
